André Kuipers is the first Dutch ESA astronaut with two space missions to his name. His second mission was the longest spaceflight in European history until ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti set a new duration record.

At TEDxESA André Kuipers and Scott Millican compared notes from their vast experience of the ins and outs of space travel, spanning decades from the beginnings of human space flight to the state of things today.
